European Neighbourhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development (ENPARD) Georgia (top-up) The proposed action consist on a 12M top-up to the ongoing Financing Decision 2012/ ENPI/2012/023-280 (EU contribution 40 M), to be added via amendment to the current FA. Building on the lessons of on-going ENPARD components, the top-up European Neighbourhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development (ENPARD) Georgia (top-up) Participatory Rural Development in Georgia. The project’s overall objective is to contribute to poverty reduction and improved employment and living conditions in rural areas of Georgia. The project’s specific objective is to create an enabling environment for sustainable pro-poor socio-economic development in the district of Lagodekhi.
