What we do
The Competence Centre for Composite Indicators and Scoreboards supports policymaking by:
- providing monitoring tools such as the JRC Indicators Explorer, the Gender Equality Strategy Monitoring Portal, the Cultural and Creative Cities Monitor, the EU Multidimensional Inequality Monitoring Framework.
- conducting Statistical Audits to assess the quality and consistency of composite indicators, ensuring their robustness for policymaking.
- offering methodological support to organisations and initiatives via the Community of Practice (CoP), COIN Open Days, Seminars and JRC Weeks
- developing composite indicators and toolkits that translate complex policy challenges into actionable and measurable insights.
