I am pursuing a one-year Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. Prior to joining Oxford, I worked as a Policy Analyst for Tax Compliance Policy since 2014 in the Indonesian Revenue Authority. I am passionate about behavioural insights. I became one of the initiators and the main motor of behavioural insights development in tax compliance policy.

My passion has evolved over time and have been applied a behavioural lens to many different aspects of tax compliance since 2016. I also collaborated with the World Bank and the Behavioural Insights Team in running an impact evaluation of the behavioural insights for tax compliance. Some of the trials I have been involved in or designed previously were upscaled at the national level.
