Before joining the Competence Centre on Behavioral Insights, Michał was an associate professor, director of the Laboratory of Experimental Economics, and coordinator of the Quantitative Psychology and Economics doctoral programme at the University of Warsaw. His research interests include gender, fairness, and decision-making under risk and uncertainty. He predominantly uses experiments, conducted in the lab, in the field, and online.
A graduate of the University of Warsaw, Michał obtained his PhD in economics from the University of Amsterdam in 2009.
