Need an independent viewpoint on public procurement and government contracting to facilitate your policymaking process?
In my research at KU Leuven, I study how public administration works together with contractors to achieve public policy. To that end, I apply machine learning on big procurement data. I also conduct experiments to understand individual decisions to procure for broader outcomes.
In my advisory role, I benefit from several years of professional and academic experience. Over several years I worked on large-scale governmental IT projects (eID, AEOI, sBMS). I have a Master of Science in Public Sector Innovation and eGovernance (summa cum laude with the congratulations of the examination committee) and have published research on digital public service delivery.
