Mateusz Tokarski is a policy analyst at the Competence Centre on Participatory and Deliberative Democracy. He has background in culture studies, semiotics and environmental studies, with main focus on environmental ethics. Previously, he did research on biodiversity conflicts. His current work focuses on participatory processes around environmental issues and youth engagement.
