We advise and support EU policy making through ex-post causal evaluation and data-driven microeconomic analysis.
Competence Centres aim at providing expertise on specific scientific methods and tools to support policy. In particular, CC-ME offers ex-post causal evaluations and data-driven microeconomic analysis.
This is done by carrying out a wide range of support activities offered horizontally to the Commission and Policy DGs. Details of the services offered can be found below.
In addition to this, the CC-ME also offers capacity building, training activities, workshops on impact evaluation to help policy DGs identify the most robust applicable methodology.
Finally, reports and outputs of the research activities, based on the CC-ME theoretical and practical know-how on impact evaluation methodology, are available in this page.
