Regional Innovation Output Indicator 2024
Composite Indicators

This dataset contains the 2024 edition of the Regional Innovation Output Indicator (RIOI), which is a composite indicator published by the European Commission to quantify the extent to which ideas for new products and services carry an economic added value and are capable of reaching the market within the regions of the 27 EU Member States. 

RIOI scores are here presented against the EU (average) 2024 = 100 benchmark.
