The Post-2020 Biodiversity Framework
This CBD website provides updates on the Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework, which replaces the CBD's Strategic Plan for Biodiversity 2011–2020 and its Aichi targets.

IPBES rolling work programme up to 2030

The Millennium Ecosystem Assessment
The Millennium Ecosystem Assessment assessed the consequences of ecosystem change for human wellbeing. From 2001 to 2005, more than 1360 experts worldwide worked on the MA. Their findings provide a state-of-the-art scientific appraisal of the condition and trends in global ecosystems and their services, as well as the scientific basis for action to conserve and use them sustainably.

European red list of species
The European Red List is a review of the status of European species according to IUCN Regional Red List guidelines. It identifies those species that are threatened with extinction at the European level.

The Natura 2000 viewer
This online tool presents all Natura 2000 sites, providing key information on designated species and habitats, data on population sizes and information on conservation status.
