PhD Student in analytics of wood resource market data, value-chain-balancing, resource flow (building sector) & market researcher of building sector.
I studied wood science (Holzwirtschaft) with a focus on macroeconomic resource use. During my time at INFRO e.K. I gained experience with Prof. U. Mantau in national and EU research projects (e.g. Cascades). The research projects acted on resource wood in the sense of macroeconomic use and the advent of primary and secondary resources. Wood resource balances, flows and carbon storage were part of my work. My focus is currently on the collection of data on wood use in the construction sector, as an important end-use sector. I also work as a market researcher in the construction sector and analyze structure and developments. My special interest applies to the topic of Datascience with R, in which I always work on.
