Hannah Schmidberger

Hannah is a social psychologist (MSc) with a background in European public administration. In her work, she is passionate about applying behavioural insights to improve policymaking in the field of sustainability.

Prior to joining the Competence Centre for Behavioural Insights, Hannah worked at the European Commission on the evaluation and monitoring of Research & Innovation funding programmes. She also interned at the Stichting Behavioural Insights Nederland, where she researched the effect of true pricing on consumer behaviour.

At the Competence Centre of Behavioural Insights, Hannah works on research on countering Covid-misinformation, and manages contacts with policymakers and BI experts both within the European Commission and across the EU.
