Overweight

A person is considered overweight if he or she has a Body mass index greater than or equal to 25.

Pre-obesity is sometimes erroneously used interchangeably with overweight. Having overweight could mean either having pre-obesity or obesity. Having pre-obesity means having overweight but not obesity.
