The Africa Agriculture Status Report (AASR) has been published annually since 2013 by the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA). It has grown to be an important handbook for Africa's decisions in plans to transform the continent's agricultural sector. This year's publication assesses the opportunity for Africa's 60 million farms to drive food security and economic growth by serving the rapidly growing urban food markets.
