Knowledge Centre for Nuclear Decommissioning

The Knowledge Centre for Nuclear Decommissioning initiative is a strategic effort to capture, consolidate, and disseminate knowledge from the Nuclear Decommissioning Assistance Programme (NDAP) beneficiaries.

What we do

The Knowledge Centre for Nuclear Decommissioning acts as the central hub for managing and sharing expertise gained from EU-funded and co-funded decommissioning programs. Our mission is to ensure that this knowledge is preserved, accessible, and continuously enriched, supporting safety, environmental protection, and operational efficiency across Member States.

  • We analyse and synthesise available knowledge
  • We promote networking between experts

We provide a trusted, collaborative environment where stakeholders can access best practices, lesson learned, and innovative solutions, fostering cooperation and driving progress in nuclear decommissioning and radioactive waste management.
