Ensuring a smooth supply in quantity has been complex and costs all along the chain have exploded. The market also went into a 'limited supply' mode, which it had not experienced for a long time. As a result, sales prices adjusted upwards, but with a delay. Regardless of the crises, the sector is also facing a double revolution in terms of both environmental and social transition.
