DigSov

Overview

The Canvas constitutes the core methodological tool where companies are guided in analysing their level of technological autonomy, strategic exposure and readiness to operate within the evolving European digital policy framework

It is designed as a structured template that accompanies firms in reflecting on the various layers of the digital stack, identifying their vulnerabilities and evaluating possible paths for strengthening their sovereignty.

Methodology

The Canvas is designed as a structured template that accompanies firms in reflecting on the costs and sacrifices of their digital dependencies and the potential value that increased digital sovereignty can create, together with the resources and actions needed to achieve it

The first applications of the canvas has been done with a group of Italian companies in cooperation with Confindustria Varese and LIUC University. The results of this exercise will be available in Q3 2026.
