From 25 to 26 September 2025, in Copenhagen, Denmark, the European Environment Agency (EEA) is hosting the yearly meeting of the European Environment Information and Observation Network - Eionet Group Nature Restoration and Protection.
The Eionet is a partnership network of the European Environment Agency (EEA) and its 38 member and cooperating countries. EEA and Eionet gather and develop data, knowledge, and advice to policy makers about Europe's environment.
The European Subregional Technical and Scientific Cooperation Support Centre (TSCC) will be represented by the EEA and the Centre for Mediterranean Cooperation of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN Med). The main goal is to strengthen cooperation on aspects related to the development of the Monitoring Plan to track progress in the European implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (KM GBF).
