How can you measure the environmental performance of your product or organisation? The JRC helped develop specific methodologies known as the Environmental Footprint.

The Environmental Footprint is a set of methodologies to assess the environmental performance of products and organisations. The Joint Research Centre helps to:

  • support the development of the EF, building methods and data based on the International Life Cycle Data format
  • define the requirements to perform EF studies
  • provide valuable and up-to-date data
