Western Macedonia - REGIONS2030 event

The event is organised in the framework of the “REGIONS2030: Monitoring the SDGs in the EU regions - Filling the data gaps", funded by the European Parliament and developed in collaboration with DG REGIO and ESTAT. It is one of the 10 regional events organised in the framework of the project. The event is co-organised by the Western Macedonia and the Joint Research Centre.

The event will discuss the vision and development path of the Region for the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the opportunities related to EU funding and policies, and discuss the monitoring of SDGs at national level, in Western Macedonia Region and in other Greek Regions. A specific focus will be put on the role of local stakeholders, as well as on the opportunities of cooperation among actors.
