Future of Migration SES edition

Scenario Exploration System that navigates various future scenarios in the migration field, with constraints and opportunities.

  • Page | 01 Jul 2020

The Scenario Exploration System (SES) is a serious game that uses engagement techniques from the entertainment world to engage participants in the full richness of the systemic collective reflection created when building scenarios.

The migration version of SES was developed during the projectThe Future of Migration in the European Union: Future scenarios and tools to stimulate forward-looking discussions. With this tool, users can simulate what it feels like to have their say in migration policymaking as a policymaker, civil society or business representative, or a representative of the public opinion. Users also navigate various scenarios and can experience the constraints and opportunities they might face in interacting with different stakeholders and designing actions towards reaching long-term goals and objectives.
