Francesca is a Policy Analyst at the Competence Centre on Behavioural Insights of the Joint Research Centre (JRC). Before joining JRC, Francesca held multiple roles at the OECD, including positions at the Economics Department, where she focused on analysing structural reforms to enhance economic performance and well-being, as well as the Observatory for Public Sector Innovation, serving as Behavioural Economics Advisor on topics such as anti-corruption, public sector efficiency and innovation.
Francesca holds a Master’s degree in Behavioural and Decision Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, and completed her bachelor studies in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics between LUISS, Stanford University, and Sciences Po Paris.
