After completing my post-graduate studies in Italy and in Europe, I received my PhD in Micro-Economics (individual decision-making and strategic interaction) in 2007. I combine quantitative skills (advanced statistics, econometrics) with a deep knowledge in behavioural and experimental economics, which allows me a comprehensive understanding and analysis of socio-economic phenomena.
Since April 2007, I have worked at ARTI – the Regional Technology and Innovation Agency for Puglia Region. Currently, I am the Lead Economist for the Strategic Area "Economic Research and Statistical Information", supporting regional policy design and assessment with an evidence-based approach and stakeholders' engagement.
In 2013, I obtained the National Academic Qualification as Associate Professor in Political Economics from the Italian Ministry of Education and University (MIUR).
I have also international experience as a Work Package Coordinator in various European funded projects.
As part of the position held, I participate as invited speaker in conferences, both in Italy and abroad, and I authored publications in refereed journals concerning Apulian Regional Innovation System.
