The sixth edition assesses the international humanitarian system during 2022-2025, a period marked by escalating humanitarian needs, major geopolitical shifts and the largest contraction in humanitarian funding in recent history. It examines what is working, what is not, and what today's pressures mean for the future of humanitarian action.
