The European Commission is seeking views on EU health priorities and strategic orientations to inform the preparation of the EU4Health work programme for 2027.
The Commission has identified five broad areas for support:
- Crisis preparedness and cross-border threats to health
- Health promotion and disease prevention
- Health systems and healthcare workforce
- Digital transformation
- Cancer, cardiovascular disease and other non-communicable diseases (NCDs)
This targeted consultation is open until 12 June 2026. The results will be compiled in a summary report and shared on the EU4Health website.
