We are a multi-disciplinary team helping the European Commission to transform its working practices, promoting collaboration, supporting flexible working and flexible structures, embracing technology (including AI), and fostering an open, engaging organisational culture.  

We do this by:

• Providing consultancy and strategic advice
• Transforming research from cognitive, behavioural and organisational science into practical insights and actionable advice
• Supporting corporate change initiatives, such as the introduction of new tools and innovative practices
• Building capacity with training and learning resources
• Connecting colleagues through the Collaboration Hub community
• Partnering with like-minded organisations and researchers beyond the Commission.
