The event will bring together researchers, EU policy makers and communication professionals who will address the complexities of migration narratives and the challenges of disinformation around migration.
Experts from JRC, Horizon 2020 projects, European Policy Centre and the European University Institute will share insights on migration-related campaigns and explore how the perception of fairness shapes people’s attitudes towards migrants. The following discussion will focus on practical recommendations for communicators aiming to tackle division, disinformation and manipulation.
