Brief me
The project will fill the gap in researching the application of the concepts of internal protection and actors of protection when analysing asylum and subsidiary protection claims in the EU MS; identify best practices; provide recommendations on the application of these concepts by the decision makers; train and provide space for debate to European legal practitioners.
This project, co-ordinated by ECRE, will include research, advocacy and training components that will target decision-makers, national and EU level policy makers, judiciary, NGOs and other legal practitioners as well as general civil society
