Supporting policy with scientific evidence

I am a PhD candidate working at the Climate Service Center Germany (GERICS) on an interdisciplinary project called 'CoCareSociety', which  goal is to advance interdisciplinary understanding of climate services, elderly care, and energy efficiency in homes.

Within the project, I explore three key areas:

1. Investigating the links between climate change, long-term care, senior health, energy requirements, and residential energy efficiency.
2. Analyzing future scenarios with stakeholders to develop immediate and long-term strategies across disciplines.
3. Identifying barriers and incentives in user behavior to promote health, climate, and energy conservation.

In addition to research, practical solutions are sought to devise actionable solutions for policymakers.
