La réunion restreinte du RPCA s’est tenue du 7 au 9 avril 2026 au Centre de conférences de l’OCDE à Paris et en visioconférence, avec 122 participants en présentiel et en ligne. Au terme de trois jours d’échanges sur les résultats définitifs de la campagne agropastorale 2025-26, la situation des marchés, les perspectives alimentaires et nutritionnelles, l’efficacité des réponses et les effets du conflit au Moyen-Orient sur la sécurité alimentaire régionale, les membres du Réseau partagent les constats suivants.
