Flexible Statistics and Data Analysis (FSDA) toolbox

A tool to deal with complicated data and methods for exploring and making sense of information

FSDA is a tool that works with MATLAB to help analyse data that are complex or have lots of different types. FSDA provides ways to change data and pick models that work best for your analysis. It also offers interactive graphs to help visualize and understand the data better. The software comes with extensive documentation with practical examples, which helps users apply these techniques effectively. Code related to FSDA is openly available and can be expanded upon. FSDA has been updated twice a year since its first release in 2012.

The tool is jointly owned by the JRC and the University of Parma.
