Enhancing Climate Resilience and Sustainable Agriculture in Mozambique

Global Food and Nutrition Security

This brief provides an overview of the Investing in Livelihood Resilience and Soil Health in ACP Countries (ILSA) programme in Mozambique, funded by the European Union and implemented by IFAD.

Embedded within the Inclusive Agrifood Value Chain Development Programme (PROCAVA), this initiative focuses on scaling up the production and use of locally adapted bioinputs, restoring degraded lands and improving access to agroecological technologies and services.

ILSA Mozambique directly supports 15,000 households, or about 75,000 individuals, contributing to more inclusive, productive and resilient food systems.
