Learning Lab

The Learning Lab can:

Provide policymakers and evaluators with the expertise, tools, methodologies, and resources needed to ensure that public spending on education and training delivers maximum cost‑effectiveness.
Foster an evidence‑based approach to the design and implementation of education policies, linking the European Commission with the pertinent authorities in interested EU member states.
Advance the evaluation of education policies that are customized to local, regional, and national contexts, and promote the incorporation of these evaluations into the policymaking process.
