Further improvements of MorK algorithms for identifying the Kemeny median rankings

• We formulate the Kemeny Median Ranking Problem through antisymmetric matrices. • We provide conditions for the optimality of the rankings. • We improve the performance of the MorK-Exact algorithm by pushing the threshold of tractability up to 45 alternatives. • We study the accuracy of the MorK-Heuristic algorithm through novel position-based measures of error.
