Join the European Network of AI-Powered Advanced Screening Centres

Are you a healthcare organisation in the EU deploying AI solutions? Express your interest to participate in the network by April 10!

The European Commission is looking to engage advanced healthcare organisations that deploy, pilot or evaluate AI solution in prevention, early detection and diagnosis of cancer or cardiovascular diseases. Healthcare organisations across the European Union that have deployed AI solution or that are preparing to introduce AI in the near future are invited to express their interest in participating in the network by 10 April 2026.

A flagship of the Apply AI Strategy, the network facilitates the exchange of experiences among participating medical centres in assessing AI tools in clinical workflows, contributing evidence on usability, safety and effectiveness, and engaging in structured exchange with peer centres, researchers and industry partners.

Participating centres also benefit from capacity-building and training on AI (for example, validation, ethics, interoperability, data management), early access to outputs from EU initiatives such as Cancer Image Europe and the EU Cardiovascular Flagship, and recognition as EU reference sites for AI in healthcare. Medical centres that want to contribute to the responsible integration of artificial intelligence into clinical screening and diagnostic practice across Europe are invited to express their interest.
