  • Publication | 2024

The Community Checklist is an interactive design guide to assist communities thrive through stepwise action planning. It provides a structured approach to defining, establishing, and implementing community action plans. It can be used independently or in conjuction with the Community Barometer. The Checklist helps shape the quality and order of next steps, identify involved roles, specify deliverables and actions, and estimate the time and competences needed for so doing.

This method, inspired by the Communities of Practice Playbook, ensures a comprehensive strategy for community development. Begin by assessing the overall functioning of your community with the related Community Barometer, then utilise the Checklist to address the most pressing community facets.
