44 Parties will be tentatively covered by the European subregional TSCC, including the members of cooperating countries with the European Environmental Agency.

Parties covered by the European Subregional TSCC are:

• the 27 Member States of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)

• the 9 EU candidate countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye, Ukraine)

• 4 other countries members of the European Environmental Agency (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland)

• and Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and the United Kingdom.

  

It is to be noted that some Parties can still request to change their assigned regional and/or subregional TSCC and ask to be added or removed from this list.
