Josefa Sacko, Commissioner for Agriculture, Rural Development, Blue Economy and Sustainable Environment, African Union Commission (AUC) on the major challenges facing African countries, as well as the opportunities for "transformation" on the continent, (iv) an Open Letter to African Governments, written by Agnes Kalibata, Special Envoy for the 2021 Food Systems Summit, acknowledging that the success of the "People's Summit" including the transformation of the African continent rests on the involvement of everyone.
