Yıldırım Gündüç is an EU Affairs Expert who works in the Project Implementation Department in the Directorate for EU Affairs in Turkey. He is also a senior project manager having experience in technical assistance and grant scheme management. He has been part of the project implementation unit during the previous Civil Society Dialogue and Civil Society Support Programmes executed between 2011-2018. He is now responsible for monitoring of projects implemented at local level in addition to a role in the management of an EU funded Town Twinning Between Turkey and the EU-II:Green Future Project.
