Myrto Pantazi

Myrto is a Social Psychologist with more than 8 years of experience in experimental, survey and qualitative research. She obtained a PhD from the Université libre de Bruxelles after which she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Psychology and the Judge Business School of the University of Cambridge, and the Oxford Internet Institute at the University of Oxford.

Her research expertise lies in areas like the psychological mechanisms of information validation and misinformation, conspiracy beliefs, sustainable decision-making and social influence. At the JRC she is involved in projects on Vaccination Hesitancy, Misinformation and Nutritional Labelling.
